Saint Philip School makes quality education a reality as we teach truth, build community and inspire service…where students grow confidently to their individual, spiritual, and intellectual potential.
Our Open Enrollment period for new families officially begins at the end of January. This immediately follows our Catholic Schools Week open house. We do allow inquiries for future school years at any time. Completing an “Inquiry Form” will ensure you are kept up to date on Open Houses and the Enrollment process.
We have consistently high retention rates and high interest for all grades. We set an early application deadline for applicants who would like to be considered in our first round of acceptances. Waitlists will be determined at that time. If space is still available in any particular grade, admissions will continue on a ‘rolling’ basis. These deadlines will be added to our website as we approach the Open Enrollment period.

Our Application Process
At Saint Philip School, we believe that choosing a Catholic education is a beautiful step in your child’s journey of faith, learning, and growth. Our admissions process is designed to help you discover our vibrant community, meet our dedicated faculty, and discern whether our school is the right home for your family. Guided by prayer and trust in God’s plan, we walk with you through each step.
1. Inquiry – Discover Our Community
Your journey begins with an Inquiry. This first step invites you to learn more about our school, meet our faculty, and experience the joyful energy of our campus. By submitting an inquiry form, you’ll receive information about our programs, Snapshot Tours, and upcoming events—all designed to help you see how we educate the whole child: in mind, body, and spirit. This simple step starts the conversation and allows us to support you as you discern the best path for your child.
The Inquiry step can take place any time of year.
2. Application – Invitation Only
Because we are blessed with high retention rates, most of our openings each year occur in our Little Cardinals Program (3-year-olds) or when a family has an event requiring them to make a change. For this reason, our Application phase is by invitation only.
Families who are invited to apply will have the opportunity for deeper conversation, screening, and thoughtful discernment. This step helps ensure that our mission, values, and environment are a strong fit for your family—and that your child is ready to flourish in our Christ-centered program. We approach this phase with care, prayer, and a sincere desire to welcome families who will thrive within our community.
Our application process begins in January.
3. Enrollment – Finalizing Your Place
After an offer is extended and accepted, families move into the Enrollment stage. This final step ensures we have all required documentation, completes your child’s placement, and allows you to select the billing cycle that best supports your family.
Enrollment secures your child’s spot and marks the beginning of a blessed partnership between your family and Saint Philip School.
Enrollment typically starts in March and runs throughout the year. Our current families are invited to enroll before extending applications to new families.
