The admissions process begins at the end of January for the following year and continues on a ‘rolling’ basis after that as spaces become available. Interested parties should contact the school office at 949-1130, ext. 118 for specific information about enrollment/availability.

Tuition assistance is offered to qualifying families through Saint Philip School, through the Diocese of Providence, and through individual parishes within the Diocese.  Families who belong to parishes other than Saint Philip should contact their pastor or parish office to inquire about the process for obtaining financial assistance through that parish.

To be considered for tuition assistance from Saint Philip School or through the Diocese of Providence, families must apply online through the FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment program.  The application must be completed and submitted no later than the second Friday of February each year.  Automated assistance is available if you need it.  For more information or to complete your application, please click here to visit the FACTS Grant & Aid website.
